Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its net weight and full ingredients. These are natural, largely wild-harvested products: colour, aroma, texture and viscosity vary between batches and seasons, and photographs are indicative rather than an exact match for the jar you receive.

About health claims

Our products are foods, not medicines. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and no statement here should be read as medical advice. Where we describe traditional use, we are describing how an ingredient has customarily been used — not making a claim about what it will do for you.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or managing a health condition, talk to a qualified doctor before adding any herbal product to your routine.

Products are not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Delivery is charged as set out in our shipping policyand is shown before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order — you pay the price shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not handle or store card details.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

Delivery and risk

Your use of this site

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to interfere with its operation;
• scrape, copy or republish our content, photography or product copy without permission;
• submit false information at checkout.

Intellectual property

The Beyond Herba name, logo, photography and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

We take responsibility for supplying products that match their description and are fit to eat. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Allergens

Ingredients are listed on every product page and on the pack. Several products contain or are packed alongside seeds and tree gums. If you have a food allergy, read the ingredients before ordering and contact us if anything is unclear.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
