Shipping & delivery
We ship across India. This page explains what delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.
Delivery charges

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and again on the checkout page before you pay. It covers packing materials as well as the courier — nothing is added on top at delivery.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days depending on your location. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Remote PIN codes, and periods around major festivals, can add a few days. If your order is going to be materially delayed we will contact you rather than leave you guessing.
Tracking
You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, with the courier name and a tracking number where the courier provides one. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order reference at any time and we will tell you where the parcel is.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet at checkout, and payments are handled by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Packaging
Honey and jaggery are glass-packed and shipped with protective wrap. Powders and gums ship in sealed pouches. If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours — see ourreturns policy.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your address and PIN code carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge applies in that case.
