Delivery is free on orders over ₹1,499. Below that a flat charge applies, shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. The charge covers packing materials as well as the courier.

We pack and dispatch within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes a further 3–5 business days depending on your location. Remote PIN codes and festival periods can add a few days.

No. All orders are prepaid. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet at checkout, and payments are handled by Razorpay.

You can cancel free of charge any time before the parcel is handed to the courier — in practice within about 24 hours. Email or WhatsApp us with your order reference.

Raw honey crystallises naturally in cooler weather. It is a sign the honey has not been pasteurised or heat-treated, not a fault. Stand the closed jar in warm — not boiling — water for a few minutes and it will return to liquid.

Put about half a teaspoon of crystals in a cup of cold water and leave it overnight, or for at least four hours. The crystals swell into a soft, translucent gel roughly ten times their original volume. Drain any water that has not been absorbed and stir the gel into cold milk, sharbat or lemon water. Never eat the crystals dry, and do not use warm water — it makes them clump instead of setting.

They are different tree gums used in opposite ways. Gond katira is soaked in cold water into a gel and is a summer cooling ingredient. Babul gond is roasted in ghee until it puffs and is a winter ingredient used in laddoos. They are not interchangeable.

As a decoction. Add one to two teaspoons of bark to two cups of water, boil until it reduces to about one cup, then strain and drink. This is the traditional kwath method — steeping it like tea extracts far less.

They are single-origin rather than blended to a house style, so each reflects the forage where it was gathered. Wild Forest Honey is darker and stronger; Seven Hills is lighter and more floral; Clear Healing is the mildest.

Several products are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers and are described as organic on their packaging. We hold an FSSAI licence (21525002000513) covering everything we pack. Where independent lab testing exists we publish it; where it does not yet, we say so rather than implying it.
